The video begins with a customer, visibly upset, confronting two employees at the counter. The subtitles reveal the crux of the issue: the customer is incensed because one of the employees referred to his wife as "beautiful." 

The customer exclaims, "Don't call my wife beautiful!!!" and accuses the employee of saying it "out of your own mouth to her."The employee, appearing confused and apologetic, tries to explain that he meant no harm, stating, "I said you're looking so beautiful. I'm sorry for that because..." However, the customer interrupts, demanding an apology and insisting that such comments are inappropriate, especially in a professional setting. 

The exchange quickly escalates as the customer questions the employee's understanding of cultural norms, pointing out, "This is not your fucking country, this is not India or something dude. You're in the Fucking States."

Plot twist: Looking at the video, it seems that the customer is from Western culture but in the West, such things are generally taken as compliments, meaning all these things are normal for them.
